Authors’ Biographies
Stephen A. Goodale
I am a Scientist, an Educator, an Environmentalist and a Businessman. I have been a Chemist and a Field Biologist. I do design and prototyping in a company that I helped to build, and I love to teach young people about Engineering. Most of all I have Jesus Christ in my life. I am happy and content writing books for people to enjoy.
I started my writing career as a college level educator. I taught all of the Microsoft products as well as all of the Adobe products and most of Autodesk’s products. The problem that I had was that at the time there were no user level manuals for any of my classes. Almost all of the manuals available were written by software engineers who were not able to relate to the end user, or as I called them, the Brain Dead Users. So, I ended up writing user manuals for use in my classes.
When I decided to leave the educational field, I thought that I would like to try my hand in writing fiction and non-fiction books. The result these many years later I have twenty-one published novels that encompasses the genres of Science Fiction, Science Fantasy, Science Adventures for younger readers, Mysteries, Historical Fiction, Romance and Horror. I also have one cookbook and a guide for teaching Basic Girls Basketball.
Most of all I enjoy my interactions with my reading public.
Susan Reier

When a wasp lands on a windchime, it is like the bug of “everydayness” lands on something lyrical and floats out its story in a whole new way, unsummoned. Likewise, when the lyrical words land on my brain unsummoned from time to time, I must write them down or lose them, and once I begin, more words come flowing more freely, expressing things I hadn’t foreseen in new and unusual ways. If I were to plan a writing session and sit down to begin–nothing would happen. But if I take a random stroll through my garden or even do any everyday job–even taking out the compost–sometimes–just sometimes–the words show up!
Gary MacCready
His drive to succeed and to overcome his cruel beginnings molded and shaped his life. His need to find the “perfect woman” caused him to have many attachments and relationships throughout his life. The alure of being a touring musician allowed him to have many sexual encounters, but as he described some of those experiences to me, an obvious need to find a nurturing and supportive mate drove many of his relationships and still does to this very day.
Gary MacCready is a complex individual who, in his own words, takes the reader on a journey through his life. Enjoy this glimpse into the fabric of a truly remarkable man. A real series of: Memoirs in the Key of Life.
