Gentle Slope Publishing LLC is a full-service Publishing House Founded in 2022 we specialize in helping Authors, Fine Artists, Film Makers and Recording Artists achieve their goals of creating, publishing and marketing their work.

We follow these simple steps:

One on one interview with a prospective client.

*We prefer to do this face to face at our offices, located at
1505 Rockwood Center, Rt. 61 South, Suite 7, Pottsville, PA

*During this interview we ask you to bring any and all
documentation concerning your project.

*The project will be honestly evaluated for commercial
feasibility.

*All rights are retained by the client. We do not “keep” any
documentation on our computers unless we come to an
agreement and we are tasked to begin the project.

*During the interview we will discuss all of our fee schedules.
There are no hidden fees.

Book Publishing

We have a simple fee schedule which is as follows:

*We charge $1.50/page for editing your work.
This includes grammar checks, timeline corrections, name
checks, scene and placement checks.

*Once this phase is done and the client agrees to the
changes, we charge $1.50/finished page to format and prep
your work for printing.
This includes sizing the work for print. You pick your cover
size (If acceptable to the printer). We work with Garamond
font types, but other fonts are available (if acceptable to the
printer).

*If you need help with creating your cover, we charge $25 to
create a cover for you. (From our stock images or from your
images). Be aware that our printer prefers to have at least 300
dpi for any cover image.

*If you require a ghost writer to help you along the way, we
charge as per agreement with the individual writer.

*Once the project has been sent to the printer, we will ask for
two Proof copies (paid for by the client). The client gets one
copy and our staff gets the other. This is the final step to
make any changes. Once you have approved the project it will
go to the printer and will be published.

*We will help you set up your account with the printer and get
you on Amazon.com (at no cost to you). Once your work is
published then you may order what is called Author Copies
which are a fraction of your required purchase price for your
readers (you set the price that you want for your work). The
cost to you is just the cost of the print process and shipping.

There are many components to the process after these steps and we will review them all when you have reached a publishing agreement with our firm.

Video Production, Audio Creation and Fine Arts follow similar paths but require different fee schedules.
